His Attire
Throughout the game we see Baralai in one outfit only, and this outfit is kind of tribal and unusual like all the outfits in Final Fantasy X and X-2.Click on the image or a better view
Normal Outfit
Top half Baralai wears a long mostly moss green overcoat. At the collar their are holes lined with metal where a large thick red rope is weaved through, this is then tied at the base of the back of his neck and falls down his back as the rope is quite long. The front of the overcoat opens up from the neck into a V-shape as there isn't any zippers or buttons to tie it up. On the breast of the overcoat are two orange front patterns with a criss cross pattern and a white thin lining on the side and about three quarters up there are two badges, one on each side encircling two yellow and black symbols of Yevon.
The sleeves open into a bell shape gradually and lined with about an inch of yellow, and then about two inches of navy blue. Again, there are two circular patterns at the near the blue part of the sleeve.
On the upper arm of the left sleeve there is a brown band tightly tied. Underneath the coat Baralai wears a light greenish white robe wrapped like a Japanese Kimono with nothing underneath. A green plaque is lies flat against his lower torso, by a golden cloth which is wrapped around his waist and tied in a knot at the front.
Bottom half The bottom of the coat extends just below Baralai's knees. On the back of his coat, just in the center of his shoulder blades, a long black flap, outlined with white and green in intricate design, hangs off and extends to the end of the coat. It's about three to four inches wide. From his waist down, the back of the coat is lined with five similar black and white flaps, except the design is less detailed on each of them.
Above his trousers is a mahogany covering, his pants are dark beige, extending down to his knee-high boots. Where they meet, the pants bundle up a bit, over the goldish cloth which are wrapped around his boots, from the ankle up to the knees, and are tied off at the shin. His boots appear to be orange-brown, with light tan colored soles.
Accessories The only Accessory worth mentioning is his thick blue band he wears across his forehead over his hair.
