Her Personality
Tifa's nature is sensitive, generous and king-hearted she hates to see her firends feeling down and she is a caring person. Tifa tries to appear optimistic in front of the others, in reality she is much more dark and depressive. Tifa puts a cheerful face on to cover her true feelings, her life experience has made it difficult for her to show others her heart.
She is seen as a passive type and is afraid to open her heart ot others to express her true feelings and this part of her personality makes her extremely shy she is sometimes forced to take a back seat rather than speak her mind. Tifa longs to be able to be more open and tries to do so throughout the game. Despite this flaw she doesn't find it difficult to make friends. She values her friendships and if someone needs help, she is always there to give a helping hand.
To sum up her personality I'd have to say Tifa is cute, strong and a sweet character and a friend who everyone should have. She has her flaws but nobody's perfect and that's what makes Tifa an interesting Final Fantasy character ^_^;
Why Tifa?
Tifa is one of my favourite Final Fantasy girl characters because she is strong and sensitive at the same time, her character is quite complex and makes her stand out whereas compared to Aeris who is the typical damsel in distress Tifa is able to fend for herself in the world...not needing any man to protect her.Though secretly I think she'd like to be more like Aeris and be close to the ones she loves but because of her inward personality it is difficult for her.
Plus, Tifa's wardrobe is ace, she doesn't wear or need to wear a conventional skirt, her outfit in Advent children kicks ass and is similar to Rinoa's (my second favourite ^_^), her outfits matches her character as they look like something you'd find on the girls in Tekken or Street Fighter :D.
Tifa is an interesting character to analyse and thats why I like her.
